A pared-back, charcoal filter carafe and table water bottle collection, that explores the shapes derived from two intersecting circles.☕️ The project aimed to find relationships between form and function, without adding superfluous details or features. The visual contrast between elements was expressed through the material, with the softer volumes formed in a natural glazed ceramic, and more precise functional components in brushed stainless steel. The bottle features a simple flared chamfer for the lid, a crease line that bisects the form provides a satisfying ergonomic touchpoint, becoming a location for fingers to grip when interacting with the product and a carbon filter that removes impurities from the water. An awesome concept from designer @alexandershayle 🔥
