An innovative autonomous vehicle for automated parcel delivery.📦
The robot utilises autonomous navigation tech developed by @marathontargets allowing it to avoid obstacles, like pedestrians and trees, and to easily navigate footpaths and crossings. The first prototype was successfully trialled by Australia Post for after-hours parcel delivery. During a four-week period the robot drove more than 200km & delivered over 100 packages — mostly after dark. A seriously cool piece of kit!
