Iquo

A café collection that embraces the feminine spirit by balancing curvature with strength and durability, all without compromising the light and airy aesthetic. 🪑

Ini’s debut collection for Knoll features arm and armless chairs alongside round and square table silhouettes. Created for hospitality spaces, corporate and education campuses, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the chair’s frame is injection-moulded glass-filled nylon and can be stacked in sets of six. Depending on the chosen specification, the back and seat are either moulded glass-filled polypropylene or plastic shell with urethane foam, fully wrapped in a selected upholstery including a range of KnollTextiles and Spinneybeck® leathers. The name ‘Iquo’ is Nigerian, pronounced E–kwo, and means “powerful voice”, honouring the legacy of the great women that both Ini and his daughter come from. 🇳🇬
