Running shoes made out of a mix of sugarcane, Merino wool, recycled ripstop polyester and eucalyptus tree fibre-knit.👟
The shoe name SWT refers to the sustainable composites it is made from. Design Director Andrea Locatelli explains that, “The typical chevron tread has been replaced with soft and playful lugs, resembling the shape of jelly beans, while ensuring the required performance and grip.” Each of these lugs has a controlled depth, angle and size for grip and were inspired by David Hockney’s pool paintings.🎨
