Kokki is designed to address the cheap quality of current small appliances and fit with modern living. It uses a minimalist approach to improve efficiency, save time and energy, and be cost-effective. The simple bayonet mechanism secures the electrical and functional connection to the internal motor and mechanical package. A simple twist and lock mechanism provides an honest functional appeal to the appliance.
